This morning I wanted to discuss some of the special benefits available for 501(c) corporations, better known as non-profit companies. If you’re not familiar with the term, 501(c) is a provision of the United States Internal Revenue Code (26 U.S.C. § 501(c)), listing 28 types of non-profit organizations exempt from some federal income taxes.
