Massachusetts voters rejected repeal of state income tax

States that do not have state income tax have the greatest growth rates. The reverse also holds true too; just look at the exodus from high-tax California to no-tax Texas. The consequence of the lack of state income tax in the Lone Star State is that you don’t get a lot of services from your state government.
